Politique d'expédition

All of the orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your rates will vary according to weight of your product and destination. Our boxes are tracked, but please ensure your address is correct and delivery instructions are clear. Hermit's Path will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or damage due to transportation. However, if it is very damaged, please contact me with a photo of it's arrival condition so I can address this with the postal service and work to make things right with your order.

Local Pickup!

If you are local to Victoria, you can skip the shipping costs! Make sure to select the pick up button at check-out. You will receive an email that will notify you that your order is ready for pick-up. I will inform you of dedicated times/days available for pick up and where to meet, as I am not always available. Depending on your location, and my discretion, I may be able to deliver (no extra charge). Orders that are not picked up within 30 days are considered cancelled, and you will be notified of your refund.
