This hematite is polished oxide of iron. It is said to have a positive effect on the bloodstream and increase resistance to stress! It creates balance (root chakra), it grounds you and keeps negativity away from your life. It can also prevent negative energies from touching you, a good thing if you have a tenancy to draw attention to negative spirits or energies (like me)! Make sure to cleanse them frequently if you wear it on a daily basis in order for its energy to constantly be effective.
The left hand is the best hand to wear your hematite ring. When you do so, your higher chakras will be empowered. Hematite ring on the left hand also gives you intuitions about the future. The rings can affect men and women differently... men helps with calming bad tempers, courage and attracting success. Women helps with psychic attraction, grounding stress and confidence. Cleansing your hematite ring, to be done before you wear it and after. The negative vibration on the stone needs to be removed in order to continue working for you. Too much negative energy and the ring will break (It's happened to me three times!!!)
- Take the hematite ring and place it in your left hand
- Use a clear quartz or selenite (or any other cleansing crystal you have) in your right hand.
- Hover your crystal over the left hand three times in clockwise motion
